No matter if you are a student, housewife/man, worker, or manager - everyone has their own struggles. One of the most common is to not have enough time. There is always something to do. That causes a lot of stress and also too less time to concentrate on their nutrition for many people. Do you struggle with that? Or are you looking for easy ideas? Have a look at the budget-friendly cooking series.
I am familiar with the view of a student and as a trainee/worker. As a student, it is not always easy to eat healthy AND cheap. Also, we are way too lazy to cook for our own good. If we have a semester, we weigh up at every possibility, if we should go to university or stay in bed and watch Netflix - come on there are too many good movies and series left to watch! Staying in bed contains mostly to only stand up to have a look into the fridge and get the fastest food we find. Going to uni means to get up in the last minute and get something from the bakery or some take-out. While being at work breakfast is served at the cafeteria, lunch at the next supermarket or also at the cafeteria and for dinner something fast - a long day at work makes hungry. Yes, I know that what I just described is not valid for everyone - yet that is what I experienced by myself, friends, co-workers, and fellow students.
Because of those reasons, I decided to make a new series about budget-friendly, healthy, easy and (if possible) fast meals for every day. Also, it will contain some tips 'n' tricks like how to prepare meals fast and easy, saving money while grocery shopping. If you have any other ideas do not be afraid to tell me!
Down below you can see all meals and posts related to this series. Another way is to search for "budget-friendly".
I like to hear about your experiences with budget cooking!
